De Bachelor's Degree in Management & Technologie is gericht op professionals op te leiden in business management met een solide technologische achtergrond. De bachelor's degree is multidisciplinair en omvat technologische benaderingen in de disciplines van leidinggevende aard (bijvoorbeeld Enterprise Resource Planning -ERPs), maar ook zakelijke benaderingen in de vakken van technologische / informatieve type (bijvoorbeeld Big Data-analyse, Business Programming). Via het SAP Universities programma zullen studenten kennis opdoen over SAP applicatiebeheer.
Afgestudeerden zullen een comparatief voordeel hebben ten opzichte van mensen met meer traditionele bachelordiploma's, omdat ze de mogelijkheden van technologie voor het management van bedrijven van de vierde generatie optimaal kunnen benutten.
Alleen Engelstalige studies
Deze graad is volledig in het Engels. Er zijn geen groepen beschikbaar in het Spaans in welk vak dan ook. Je moet er rekening mee houden dat:
- In groepen in het Engels moet al het werk (lessen, oefeningen, toetsen, enz.) in het Engels worden uitgevoerd.
- Tijdens het eerste jaar moet je een B2-niveau Engels behalen, slagen voor een test en een van de ondersteunde officiële certificaten overleggen of op een andere door de universiteit bepaalde manier
- Na afronding van de studie verschijnt de DS-vermelding dat je de studie in het Engels hebt uitgevoerd.
Inzetbaarheid en professionele stages
UC3M heeft overeenkomsten met meer dan 3000 bedrijven en instellingen waar studenten stage kunnen lopen en toegang hebben tot vacatures.
In totaal 93,4% van de afgestudeerden van deze universiteit betreedt de arbeidsmarkt in het eerste jaar na afronding van hun studie, volgens de cijfers van 2019.

Mobility
Exchange programs
The Erasmus program permits uc3m first-degree and post-graduate students to spend one or several terms at one of the European universities with which uc3m has special agreements or take up an Erasmus Placement, a work placement or internship at an EU company. These exchanges are funded with Erasmus Grants which are provided by the EU and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
The non-European mobility program enables uc3m degree students to study one or several terms in one of the international universities with which the university has special agreements. It also has funding from the Banco Santander and the uc3m.
These places are offered in a public competition and are awarded to students with the best academic record and who have passed the language threshold (English, French, German, etc..) requested by the university of destination.

The Bachelor's Degree in Business and Technology seeks to combine and combine training in business administration with solid technological training, with a special focus on new information and communication technologies. In this way, the aim is to produce graduates who are competent business managers and who, in turn, are experts in digital technology. Thus, graduates will be professionals capable of leading work teams with which to develop technology-based projects in which excellence in the performance of digital technology is essential for the success of these initiatives.
In short, the aim is to train those who will be the executives and managers of the companies of the fourth era. They will know and manage technologies, platforms languages, techniques, and tools that can improve their business or an industrial sector. The application of digital technology to the main processes of the business sector will generate innovation, improving the way of working and facilitating the transition to the digital environment.
